To change the Language & Region settings on your iPad, go to „General“ and then scroll down to the bottom.

Now tap on the „Language & Region“ field.

Here you can change your iPad‘s language and the region formats.

To change the language, tap on „iPad Language“ on the top.

You can now choose a language from the list.

Once you have chosen your language, tap on „Done“ in the top right corner of the popup.

On the bottom of the settings, you can see an example of what your current region format looks like.
