ABOUT THIS MODULE
This module will introduce learners to the person centred planning “Path Tool” and how this could be used to empower students to think about long term and short term goals and the steps towards achieving them.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
- Understand how the use of PATH tool can be used in forward planning and goal setting with learners
- I will have an overview of how the previous person centred teaching tools and the information gathered in previous modules enhance planning
